堅果咖哩海鮮米粉【詹姆士】
食材:
草蝦仁(留殼)5隻、蛤蜊(吐沙)5顆、中卷(去皮膜內臟)1/2尾、空心菜1/2把、洋蔥1/2顆、米粉(乾的)1把、生豆皮1塊、方型油豆腐1塊、杏仁片(炒熟)3大匙、花生(炒熟)1大匙、白芝麻(炒熟)1大匙、蒜頭1顆、乾辣椒5根、香菜3株、椰奶1杯、雞湯2杯
調味料:
蝦醬1大匙、魚露1茶匙、咖哩粉1大匙
做法:
1.炒蝦殼後,加入雞湯滾煮過濾,倒入裝有蛤蜊的碗中再回倒加熱,並放入豆皮和油豆腐。
2.燙米粉後取出燜。
3.將100c.c.清水、杏仁片、花生、芝麻、洋蔥絲、蒜頭、乾辣椒、蝦醬、魚露和咖哩粉放入調理機打勻後,倒入鍋中。
4.切中卷及蝦仁後,放入鍋中組裝,加入米粉煨煮,再加入空心菜、椰奶和香菜。
5.碗中放入黑胡椒,倒入米粉湯料,最後再加少許椰漿即可。
請問打的醬要放在哪裡?是淋上去?還是拌進去嗎?
I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
